Pilot terms

The free pilot

The current hosted pilot permits up to 20 saved bids per account. No card is required and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. We will communicate any future paid terms before they apply. Export copies of important records; availability and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your calculations and proposals

You provide and verify the inputs, workload, wages, burdens, overhead, schedule, scope, taxes and final quote. Example values are illustrative, not recommended industry rates. Results are estimates based on entered assumptions, not accounting, labor, tax or legal advice. A client response is an expression of interest or feedback, not a verified signature, signed service contract or payment.

Acceptable use

Use only data you have authority to process. Do not store passwords, sensitive personal records or card details. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, deceptive proposals, spam, unauthorized access or abuse. We may restrict abusive usage. You retain rights to your own content; we process it to provide the service.

One-bid setup service

The proposed €190 service covers one redacted office bid checked against agreed costing rules, a client proposal, an editable scope outline, a written handover and one round of changes. It does not include a separate deployment, software subscription or a promise of commercial results. Exact outputs, tax, total price, payment milestones, delivery and acceptance will be agreed in an individual written order before payment. This fee is separate from any later installation and is not an installation deposit.

White-label setup offer

The advertised €1,490 package covers one brand, one deployment, up to three service-scope presets, source handover, a recorded walkthrough and 14 days of correction for defects in the agreed delivered functionality. It excludes hosting, third-party services, custom integrations, additional brands and ongoing maintenance. Taxes, required access, acceptance checks, payment milestones and delivery dates will be specified in an individual written order before payment. An enquiry creates no purchase or commitment. We use Stripe for agreed payments and never collect card details directly.

Ending the pilot

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Contact us to resolve a problem. Nothing in these pilot terms removes mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any paid engagement requires separately agreed terms.
